5 steps for a tailor-made program ONSITE – HOME or OFFICE – ONLINE :
1. Needs Analysis
• When you contact us, you express your needs, and we specify it with you to prepare the contract.
• For companies or institutions, this first evaluation is then followed by a deeper analysis, that can be for instance a placement test, individual interviews, internal documents.
• The goal is to determine the exact desired outcomes and the trainable competencies, to collect data and to adjust the syllabus of the tailor-made course.
• The team suggests a pace and a duration, to reach the outcomes you have set.
2. A syllabus designed for you and tailored to your needs
• During the first class, the trainer will share the syllabus with the participants.
• This syllabus will be the base of the pedagogical contract, that you will receive.
• This syllabus can be readjusted if you choose to extend the contract.
3. The training
• The training in French can take place at Institut français, at home, in your offices or online, through our videoconferencing tools.
• In any case, you will benefit from a free access to Institute’s library and from discounts on Events and Film show. • On our learning platform Apolearn, the trainer publishes the documents, provides extra exercises, or gives homework.
In the case the trainees do not have time for extra tasks outside of the class, the teacher will not use the platform.
4. A mid-term review
• At the mid-session, the trainer will write a report on the progress made by the trainees and their satisfaction with the training.
• The syllabus, the pace, the online or on-site format, can be reevaluated if needed, on the base of the actual progression or of external constraints.
5. Course evaluation and final report
• At the end, the teacher evaluates what has been learned, to make sure the initial learning goals are achieved.
• The officials Certifications are also provided in our center. The trainees can attend workshops with the teacher to be ready for those officials’ assessments.
• A course evaluation is provided: the trainees will receive a survey to complete and will have the occasion to give feedback on the course.
Very small group for a specific course upon request
You are a group of 2, 3, 4 and wish to explore a very specific aspect of French language or French culture? You would like to choose the course format and to schedule as it suits you?
We will tailor your course to your needs and constraints !
Example of courses upon request :
• enhance a communicative skill: speaking, writing, reading, listening
• enjoy a cultural workshop on a personal interest: debate on the news, specific course of literature, cinema, music; creative writing workshop; French cooking workshop; etc.
• prepare your French exam or certificate : TEF, DELF, DALF, DFP*

How to register ?
• Complete the form when you enroll
• Complete an online placement test within 48 hours.
• Once we receive your test, the team will contact you to send you a quote and to confirm the opening of the course. Then, you can proceed with payment before attending the course.
Prerequisites
To be registered at the Institut Français of Côte d’Ivoire, you must :
• Feel the form
• Take an online placement test.
• Pay the full fees before starting the course
