5 steps for a tailor-made program ONSITE – HOME or OFFICE – ONLINE :

1. Needs Analysis 
• To start, learners must enroll online by completing the registration form. Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you to discuss your specific needs and goals in detail.

• For companies or institutions, this initial evaluation may also include individual interviews or reviewing internal documents.

• The goal is to determine the exact learning outcomes and the competencies to be developed. We gather data to customize the syllabus and tailor the course content.

• Based on your objectives, we will recommend the most suitable pace and duration for the program.

2. Tailored Syllabus
• In the first session, the trainer will share the personalized syllabus with the participants.

• This syllabus will serve as the foundation for the pedagogical contract.

• The course will require a minimum of 20 hours, and the syllabus can be adjusted if you decide to extend the program.

3. The training
• The French course can take place at the Institut français, at your home, in your office, or online via our video conferencing tools.

• For the online course, you will learn French via Zoom, with the support of our learning platform, Apolearn, where the teacher will upload materials, provide additional exercises, and assign homework.
• You’ll also enjoy free access to our library and receive discounts on events and film screenings.

4. Ongoing Support and Progress Monitoring
• Throughout the course, the trainer will provide continuous support and monitor learner’s progress.

• Learner can ask questions, request clarification, and receive personalized feedback during the lessons.

• If needed, the trainer will adjust the pace and content to ensure that the course remains aligned with the learner’s evolving needs.

• Participants are encouraged to communicate with the teacher for additional support or to address any challenges encountered during the course.

5. Course evaluation and final report
• At the end of the course, the teacher will assess what has been learned to ensure that the initial learning goals have been met.

• Participants will receive a learning certificate upon successful completion of the course. Official certifications are provided at our center. Learner can attend workshops with the teacher to prepare for the official assessments.

• A course evaluation will be provided: participants will receive a survey to complete and have the opportunity to give feedback on their learning experience.
